About Mitchel
I am passionate about technology and driven by the impact of helping others.
I really enjoy working with various technologies from network infrastructures to end user devices. I find excitement in tackling a project head on and having to dig to find the solution. With the ever changing advances in the industry I thrive on the ability to grow along side it by pushing and deepen my knowledge along the way.
Support and customer service relations have always come naturally to me. I find a sense of pride and accomplishment being able to help users solve a variety of technology related issues. Failure is never an option as I believe there is always a solution.
My background
I have had the opportunity to broaden my life-long career path the last 11 years. My journey started with Law Enforcement as an Officer out of college. Helping and working with others has always been on the fore front of my career path. After a brief time as a Police Officer I learned that I had another passion for computers and a variety of technologies. I made the hard decision to start a new career path by taking the love I have for helping people and join it with my passion for technology. Since then I have worked with a variety of different computer systems from networking equipment to desktops all the way to Point of Sale systems. I have worked with various machines in a remote setting as well as in-person.
Leadership
I feel it is a great honor and privilege to lead and teach others what I know. Leaders are an essential part of any company’s success. I consider my leadership style as Situational Leadership. My management approach will adapt to the ever changing challenges leaders face but I also bring the team together with support and guidance. My personality makes others feel at ease coming to me with issues and we can work together to come up with solutions.
